Ofer Yair is an accomplished 17-year Manhattan real estate professional with extensive experience in all facets of the industry. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, he owned a real estate company which bought, sold and invested in real estate in the New York City area.

Throughout his successful career, Ofer has always believe that quality supersedes quantity when it comes to serving clients. His style is to give repeat customers and referrals the most personable, unique experience possible versus working with many people at once so he can focus fully on their needs. Ofer possesses a distinct general knowledge of economics, finance and real estate, with specific expertise in the Manhattan market. He specializes in the sale of luxury apartments and new developments, offering clients comprehensive service that also includes marketing properties, market analysis, and a seasoned design team with emphasis on the smallest of details.

Ofer holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University. He enjoys enriching his knowledge through ongoing education about both economic conditions and real estate trends. Residing in Manhattan with his wife and kids, Ofer also likes playing tennis, and volunteering his time to worthy causes.
